Although VRT preserves the potential for pregnancy, the outcome of twin pregnancies following VRT is poor. We report a successful twin pregnancy after VRT using transabdominal cervicoisthmic cerclage. Published 10 September 2007 in Am J Obstet Gynecol, 197(3): e5-6.
